What You Can Expect

  • Most fitness programs will emphasize a cross-discipline approach, for example yoga-strength or free weights plus stability ball workouts, to ensure that you never get the same workout twice.

  • Frequency and Duration are determined during your initial consultation. Be assured that my role is to provide you with a plan of action that gets results you can feel.

  • Fitness Assessments, Body Composition Analysis and Nutritional Consultations are available separately, though they are an added valued to existing clients.

More Details:

  • Trainings can take place at your home, office or exclusively at Las Vegas Athletic Clubs (LVAC).

  • Fees are commensurate with experience and emphasize lower client volume, higher quality training.

  • Corporate Wellness classes and lectures offered.

  • Packages available.
